I'm broken...I admit it. I have struggled with TI band issues, tight hamstrings, weak hip flexors and cervical issues. I also have osteoarthritis. I don't give into all of this because Lilly gets me back to somewhat normal. I don't like taking medication for all of this and so I don't as long as I have Lilly. She gives me hope and strength to keep going.
I was blessed to find Lillie through my chiropractor, Dr. Liedich. I am an 8 year breast cancer survivor, having had multiple major reconstructive abdominal and breast surgeries. I came to her with burning sensations under my arms recently, and she was able to narrow it down to scar tissue that had formed (even though surgery was years ago) and was keeping me from having good posture and free movement.
