I had concerns about my neck and my lower back and felt relief after the first session, recommended.
Eva is the best, she is incredibly knowledgeable and her hands work magic. If you're looking for deep tissue she's your girl. She takes the time to listen, and get to the root of the issue. Eva has a lovely personality. She is funny, kind and will put you at ease.
Eva is one of the most knowledgeable RMTs you will find in the Hamilton area. After trying probably 10 RMTs / facilities in Hamilton I think I finally found my go to. I’ve never experience the type of pain relief and increase mobility from just one session as I got from Eva. My shoulder, pec and neck had such bad impingement it prevented me from doing many exercises is the gym. After our session last week I feel almost 100%. Can’t wait to go back and increase the results! Thank you Eva.

Eva in incredibly knowledgeable around anatomy and the evidence behind her massage practices. She is effective at targeting exactly what would be helpful for me for long days at work and in the various sports activities I do. I would HIGHLY recommend her
