I recently received a deep tissue massage but I’ve gone to her for sports medicine, lymphatic drainage, and waxing services, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Val was amazing! I'm 8 mos pregnant and was having severe pain in my back. She gave me a prenatal massage and worked out the knot and my whole left side along with it, which I didn't know was tense. She also showed me some stretches that helped. I'm feeling so much better thanks to her. Highly recommend.Â
