Val is such a great massage therapist! I have been looking for someone like the sports therapist I’ve had in the past, as they left the area. She covers all areas that I need help with, neck, back, shoulders and legs! She fixed my knee I had issues with, I walked all afternoon fine!! She is very affordable, but does professional work. I can’t wait for her to do the stretching and range of motion stuff! I am very happy, she is changing my life.Â

Val came highly recommended by and friend. And he was not joking one bit about how amazing she is. I was having lower and mid back pain for a week and she helped ease my muscles from being tense. She gave me the right amount of pressure. It was perfect!Â

I recently received a deep tissue massage but I’ve gone to her for sports medicine, lymphatic drainage, and waxing services, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results.
