Paul is the absolutely best at what he does. As I climber I am always in search for someone who truly knows the body and the muscles we use for climbing. He is so knowledgable becuase he is a climber as well and always gives me certain exercises and recommendations for healing. His demeanor makes you feel so at ease and the atmosphere is so relaxing. Highly recommend!

Paul has an excellent knowledge of anatomy, trigger points, and how to release them. I left my session feeling less tension in my muscles, more grounded, and and overall relaxed.

I have been seeing Paul Glover for years for bodywork. Absolutely amazing. When I skip a session when I am out of town things start seizing up, especially my neck. Paul keeps everything aligned, in balance, and functioning optimally. Plus you could never meet a better person. Try the cranial release at the end, it's mind-blowing.
