This is after my second session. My body is so much loser, I can turn all the way around. My fascia has been so tight and nothing has been able to loosen it until now. I wish more people would do their research opposed to going to medical doctors and getting hooked on pills. I would say to anyone give this a try, based on what your condition is is going to depend on the amount of sessions you need. If the first one doesn't get you where you think it should keep going. Rebecca is a true gem to have found. She has helped me immensely with my back and neck ailments while creating “space” in my aging body. She also sees my 14 yo son who is a competitive athlete once a month. Her office is exceptionally clean and welcoming. Rebecca is highly skilled in her craft, professional, respectful, and kind.
