Rob is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. His thorough and professional approach helped me to recover from my injury in a short amount of time. He communicated well and I felt I was well informed of the process and goals. I still do some of the exercises and stretches he taught me. The facilities and equipment are excellent and comfortable. Rob and the team have been incredible throughout my entire rehabilitation journey. Super friendly and compassionate. Prompt and flexible for bookings. Would recommend anyone with any problem, big or small to these guys.
Very friendly team with a nice relaxed atmosphere. I had never done physiotherapy before, but Nikora was great and helped with my back pain, definitely made a huge difference and I was able to return to my full duties at work. Highly recommend!
