Stacey is a wealth of knowledge and so generous with extending education so you understand how to help yourself outside of working with her. The results I got were impressively quick. By bedtime, I felt less puffy in problem areas and by the next morning I was sweating much more with exercise so I do feel my pathways were opened up! Highly recommend Stacey! She can get you results.
