Absolutely AWFUL customer service! I accidentally ordered the wrong size for the Renaissance Micro-Crystalline Wax Polish and emailed Dennis Blaine to exchange it for a bigger size. In his words, he says, “Keep what you have and place a new order…!” Never ordering from him again, and do not waste your time or money ordering from his page.
