I placed an online order June 12. 7-10 days later, I emailed to ask about my order andwas told, that it was backlogged, 10 days. I agreed to wait. After 10 days I emailed again and was told, my item was stillback ordered and it would be another 10 days. I then, cancelled my order. I have YET to see a refund. They havenot emailed me or called me. Very disappointing way to do business. So I am asking Crown Restoration NOW, to refund my $30 back to me.
