I think itsa great place freinds grandma lived there.
My dad, alex christiaans, was a patient there from March 2015 to his passing July 20 2015. He was happy there the staff was great.... When my beloved dad passed hospice was involved and resthaven staff... My family felt we didn't have to worry anymore that he would fall in his house.... He is now in heaven with my mom....high 5 for resthaven on 40th street!!!!!!
I worked for Resthaven Care Center for 11 yrs all 3 shifts in long term care and rehab. There was a reason i stayed so long. To put things simply People genuinely care for people. I moved on because opportunities arose for a new degree i earned but none the less i left an amazing team of nurses and aides. My mother came to a point at only 60yrs where she needed care... there was no question in my mind where the best place for her would be. She now lives at Maplewoods Assisted living.
