Toni has the most impressive toolkit as a therapist, she's worked with me on stretches to rid of my numb hands and carpal tunnel, she's done tmj massage work on my jaw, she's excellent at chronic migraine support and her understanding of the nervous system is very soothing. I love how she shares facts about your body so you feel empowered with understanding of what is going on inside of you. She's a true gift to this community, no matter your age, ailment etc she's got you covered.
My number one recommendation for all health care professionals, this is a space where you get cared for physically, spiritually, emotionally etc. Those of us who help others for a living carry a lot of stuckness so coming here and getting stretches for capal tunnel, nervous system regulation, lymphatic drainage, etc it's all so incredible for healing our bodies that hold a lot. Sarah is a muscle magician! Maybe the best deep tissue massage I've had and I've had several all over the world. You can tell she really understands the anatomy of the body and is intuitive to how your muscles react during the massage. She's very strong and it hurts so good! Highly recommend if you're looking for a genuine deep tissue after a long week of activity. 😃
