I love supporting local businesses and Restful Nest is a promising new massage therapist. The convenience of coming to my home let me sneak a massage into a busy work day, and her Swedish massage left me feeling relaxed and limber for days. The care felt personalized and she was more than happy to work on areas I felt more sore. She even gave me some stretchers to do to help reduce pain in my shoulders and back. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment.
Kelly has great sensitivity releasing my tensions with her touch. She explains underlying physical aspects of my tension. She also teaches me very helpful stretches I do to release tensions. I enjoy ongoing massages with Kelly.
