Much like a previous reviewer, I had a terrible experience with this company. My custom order was promised to take 6 weeks, but it has been 10 weeks and counting. They did not order the equipment from the mfg in a timely manner and then when it was ready to go it sat on the mfg's dock for a week waiting to be shipped. To make matters worse, the piece of equipment weighs nearly 1,000 pounds and Rest Max didn't request a lift gate, so the delivery has been delayed by nearly another week. I custom ordered furniture IN STORE and it wasn't shipped until 3 weeks after it was promised and then it was wrong when it arrived. My tables I ordered from them looked 10 years old after only 2 weeks! When you call to complain or ask to speak to someone who can help, you get the run around EVERY time!
This is a great place to purchase your restaurant supplies from, and even your home supplies from!!! The staff is great, wonderful, nice, and very helpful! I would refer anyone to this place; it's amazing!!! Customer service is the key in what I look for when shopping, and they give it all that they have!!!
Very friendly employees and they found me a better solution for my money. Just found them last week. I was unaware there was a restaurant supply place over near 6 flags
