After coming out and inspecting our faulty cooler and finding it DOA, we received excellent service and purchased a new unit for our small buisness. Delivery, install, and take away was quick and easy. Excellent group of people and we look forward to working with them again in the future! Fair, honest and hard working, they all went above and beyond.
First of all I want to say Chris Gainers, raises the bar for customer service. His professionalism and drive to fix whatever it is you had requested is above and beyond your average business employee. I recently had bought a restaurant to fix up so I can expand my businesses. Well, I couldn’t get none of my equipment working and Chris came out and had everything up and running in no time. Thanks, Chris!
