I was in the store just a few minutes ago customer service was very poor and the worst thing is the manger white fermal I went to talk to her she shuts the office door on my face very very rude..
What a great experience! A week or so ago I called and I spoke with Ariana in regard to a specific product I was looking for. She could not have been nicer! On Friday (yesterday), I went into the store and ended up speaking to Jaden momentarily while I was looking for a product. Jayden ended up checking me out at the cash register. Lady at the door i believe her name is "Arianna"- shes supposed to ask if youre a member and have you scan in. This lady is the rudest person ive ever dealt with. If you would like more info on incident i will be more than happy to let you know. Another guest she knew by name walked in she acknowledged them, they asked her how her day is going and she loudly said " its going and i dont know what is going on with these people today thinking they can do what they want!" Bad service workers they feel like they own the store . If they don’t like to work they should stay at home really bad service we giving them money not for free
