I've gone here my whole life with my Father for his restaurant and never had a bad experience. This store is for restaurateurs, and the people working here are not supposed to wait on you hand and foot, they are here to stock and work. Its a privilege to get to shop here.
They have what you need but customer service is TERRIBLE !
Unfortunately, a zero star rating is not an option. Restaurant Depot Jacksonville is truly, without a doubt, the absolute worst business I've ever been to. I've had the displeasure of having to come here for years. It gets progressively worse. Every single time. I have never come here and thought to myself "Oh, they fixed this" or "Oh, this process improved". All of the employees have terrible attitudes, there are pallets EVERYWHERE, you can barely move.
