Basic customer service no longer truly exists which would've been easy on this particular small order. I've been a customer for years. This week I picked up an order that contained a bag of blue cheese crumbles with a sell by date that expired two months prior in May, and a beef strip that was spoiled. They both smelled horrific and we didn't realize it until we opened the packages. The store told us there was nothing they could do. Needless to say they just lost a customer where I live and in our Pennsylvania location.
