I have been a loyal Restaurant Depot customer for years, particularly at the Orange location, where the staff is professional and respectful. The Waterbury location, however, has provided the single worst customer service experience I have ever had with this company. I purchased meat from this store that was clearly expired and had an extremely strong, spoiled odor. I returned it immediately. Truckers Review : 1. I reached the location at 10:30 pm and slept overnight to check in at 5:30 am next morning for 9 am appointment. There was only one local box truck on the docks and was being unloaded by the driver himself. I was told to wait until the appointment time. I was given the door at 9:15 am was able to leave after getting the 13 skids off at 10:30 am. 2. Sufficient space in the parking lot to back up easily. 3.
