I have no idea where these people’s arrogance came from. What disappointed me most wasn’t the products—it was the customer service. For example, if an employee needs to use a forklift to stock merchandise while I’m shopping in an aisle, most stores will either wait until I’ve finished or politely let me know they need to temporarily close the aisle.
