Basic things like canned navy beans or white beans cannot be found. Certain items like rubber, gloves, and large brown bags are consistently out of stock. Price checking is needed to maintain confident spending.
Wasted hours of my time over the course of a week attempting to purchase equipment that the staff and website said they had in stock. Ordered and paid online as they suggested only to arrive to find out they don't have it. In spite of this, I still offered them my business, trying to have them order me one that I could return to pickup. Best they could do is tell me to try the New Orleans store. 0/10 would not recommend and won't be back.
Don't bother asking any questions of the employees. They aren't friendly, and most look like they don't want to be there. Your customers work in the service industry. It's our job to be pleasant with our customers. So, you can be sure all of us are paying close attention to the way we are treated as customers. I gave it 2 stars only because prices are good on multiple items.
