No carts in the parking lot. It was busy and busy busy
I wanted to patronize this location, however all the reviews are bad and truthful. From skimming on pounds of the meat, over charging, ignoring customers, and rude to customers is disheartening. Let me add apologizing in every review doesn't make it better. Why not investigate/ invite the customer back to make things right. Horrible customer service. The woman at the front desk was beyond rude and clearly miserable from the moment we walked in with our son in his stroller. Instead of greeting us, she aggressively circled a child waiver we apparently were just supposed to magically know about, all while continuing her personal phone conversation. When I couldn’t immediately pull up my account number, she coldly told us our son couldn’t come in and continued speaking rudely to my husband afterward.
