They took 3 hours to unloaded me. I ask them why you took long time they said just we need to check every pallet!! and they have small overnight parking.

Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. The lady who checked the ID was unfriendly and made us feel as if we were bothering her. The attitude at checkout was similar cold and unwelcoming. It felt like we were being treated as a burden, not valued customers. I understand that long shifts can be tiring, but that shouldn’t justify unprofessional behavior. If the workload is overwhelming, perhaps scheduling adjustments would help. The elderly lady up front gon tell me I can't bring my kid in the store but when I look around there was other kids in the store and also she caught a attitude with me as well that’s not how you should be greeted in a store
The lady in the front should be moved to the back and not talk to customers. She has no sense on how to communicate with customers that want to purchase products from this store. Red hair lady should not work with customers. She changed my mood completely. I rather pay more in a different store than deal with that type of people.
