They need to work on improving their customer service. This happened right in front of my eyes. The two cashiers on duty this afternoon treated a lady very rudely when she spoke up for her rights. One of them scanned her card, then left her waiting while going to another desk to speak with someone else. We were standing behind her in line for a long time.
