You have to be a member to shop. It's like Costco where you need a membership. Complaining about needing a membership is like going to a Japanese restaurant and complaining there aren't tacos. The staff is always polite and I'm able to get food and supplies for work at a great cost. It's even better when the baked goods are marked for clearance. My students love when I bring them in.
I absolutely love this place. It’s a shame though. Between getting my chops busted about not being a member and a lot of time having to wait 20 30 minutes to check out, I just can’t go.
