We were excited when this location opened near our restaurant a couple of years ago because it was so convenient. Unfortunately, our experiences over the past couple of years have been disappointing. The customer service has been consistently poor. While there are a few employees who are genuinely friendly and helpful, most of the staff seem unhappy and uninterested in serving customers. I know why the parking lot was empty when I pulled up now. I stopped in to finish my membership paperwork like it tells you online. Nope, not on Saturday. I have to come back Wednesday to do that. Guess there's only one employee for the whole store who can do memberships.I won't be going back on Wednesday
