I come here to do shopping every week. Today I bought some goods here, paid the bill and went home. I checked the invoice and found that they charged me for an extra box of garbage bags. I called them to ask about it. Their customer service seemed very busy and didn't even want to answer my call. I hope that next week when I go there, they can refund the extra money they charged me.
Quality goods, large selection service was good , plenty of parking and handicapped accessible.
My appointment time to deliver was 1300 hours, but I got there at 1430 hours due to traffic after being unloaded very quickly I had only an hour and a half left on my drive time, after driving since near 0200 that morning. The company show me kindness by allowing me to reset my hours on their property. Definitely a positive experience, and if I ever see a load going here I will pick it up. Thank you Restaurant Depot!
I’m a delivery driver, and I arrived on time. This was my first time at this location. When I signed in, they told me to look for a number that matched the sign-in paper, but I couldn’t find it. There was an older man there who was very rude when I asked for help because there were two different numbers on different pages, he started yelling at me.
