We use to shop at this location, but not anymore after our experience. Customer service is bad. We were looking for a particular item and couldn’t locate it. We had to “hunt” around to find some assistance, we did ask some female workers, but they all seemed to have attitudes! I don’t think they understood english, but attitudes everywhere. Customer service F. We just left and drove the distance to the Norcross location and got what we needed along with great customer service. AVOID this location!
Terrible customer service from staff and management! Do not visit this location.
Visited the Buford, GA location on Friday 03/21/2025 in the AM and the hispanic lady cleaning the restroom was very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL, yelling at customers stating “Don’t you see the sign, I’m cleaning”. Listen to this LAWYER right here, restaurant depot needs an open bathroom facility for its customers! In addition, RD needs to have a customer service training session with its staff. Really cool store, has nearly everything you need but the check out system is so bad that I had 4 people with big carts full cut in front of me. I decided to just leave the few items I needed for the sake of my time. Hire more cashiers and establish a place for lines to form.
Some restaurant depots have little room to back up. Be checked in before 2;00pm, otherwise you will have to wait until the next day.
