I just drove 45min to get to this location and sent over $100 on supplies ,after I paid i asked the young lady who checked me out if I could get some complimentary free ice packs? Just got the jackpot!!!!!! The striploin I got was spoilt and the smell was so bad! It makes sense if I as a day pass customer couldn't get a refund if the item was in good condition, but they wouldn't refund me for an item that was rotten from the get go. BTW, I made sure to come back the next day i bought it, with not even 24h have passed, and the receipt so I had all the proof! Nina, the lady who checks the receipts at the exit is horrible to customers; she is very rude. She snatched my receipt like I’m stealing; I felt humiliated.
