I have come to this Restaurant Depot many times, and I rarely manage to leave in a decent amount of time. You spend way more time in line than actually shopping. The manager has to jump on the registers just to get the line moving a little, but they have a horrible mess when it comes to how they organize the products. And if you dare to complain or ask them to speed things up, they get rude, starting with the one supposedly “just checking receipts,” who can be extremely volatile and rude depending on the day. I’ve been shopping at Restaurant Depot since the restaurant I work at opened in 2021, and in the last few months, this location has gone downhill fast. The long lines, poor inventory management, and countless errors are beyond frustrating, and it’s clear that the company needs to step up. First, the checkout process is a mess.
