Great place to buy stuff at a discount. Need to be a business registered with them . Imagine Costco but bigger and better prices
Newer warehouse workers have been very creepy the last month or two, staring and getting really physically close for no reason. Some of them speeding as fast as possible through the aisles on the forklift and honking at people who are shopping because they can't slow down before nearly hitting two women. Really dangerous behavior. The customer service is fine. They seemed a little scattered today (it was noted that they are short-handed), but they were pleasant and humorous. I had to request help three times, not including getting a new card, and I'm so grateful to have found everything on my list today, even though things weren't out (but you could tell they were working hard). Today's service was greatly appreciated.
I’ve shopped at Restaurant Depot an every time I come but my recent visit was enough to make me reconsider ever going back. The customer service was shockingly rude. When I asked for help locating an item, the employee seemed annoyed and brushed me off instead of offering any real assistance. At checkout, the cashier acted like I was a burden for simply asking a question. They often miscount items and charge me more than I bought.
really bad customer service, drove 1half hours away and was told no more day pass and I couldn't shop was kinda rude the way said it ,so I just left
