Love it!
The freezer is broken this time so another wasted trip for me. I’m not gonna wait in line for 30 minutes after shopping for 10. It’s like they’re trying to put themselves out of business. Refrigerated side has already been down a few times this summer and it’s not even August. Always out of several things I need so you’ve got to shop far in advance. Outside is typically nasty with trash. Inside is somewhat clean depending on the day. They dont always have the stuff I need. In the last 2 months the meat locker has been down/out of service at least 3x that I know of. The best part of our daily trips to Depot is Ms. Rupa and Ms. Sara (cashiers). They always go above and beyond and definitely more personable and approachable than anyone other cashiers we've dealt with. Cashiers could definitely use a refresher course in customer service. How do you only have one cashier for a whole sale club. One Cashier! We won't even get into the rudeness of the employees. I had one of them screaming at me to move while on a forklift, as I was grabbing an item. All the other patrons around me were appalled. RD should be ashamed of themselves
