I had an absolutely awful experience at this store. Their posted policy states that they accept returns, but an employee named Mark refused to process mine. When I questioned this, Mark became aggressive, raised his hand to my face, and started yelling at me in front of everyone in the store. My i item was frozen and they let me wait for a while and then they said it is not frozen This behavior was incredibly unprofessional and threatening. I have a witness who saw the entire incident.
