I am writing this review regarding the service I received at Restaurant Depot at this location 601 W. Round Grove Rd., Lewisville, TX 76057 On January 31, I purchased fish that had quality issues. I took pictures and videos and sent them to the manager, Cameron, explaining the problem. Unfortunately, I never received a response. A week later, I returned to the store and spoke with one of the lead managers, Oscar, who professionally assisted me and replaced the fish. Worse management ever.
Great place! I had a 1100 appt and I showed up at midnight and was able to park onsite for a few hours. I got a knock at 0420 by the receiving lady asking for paperwork. She immediately gave me a door to back into and by 0530 my partial load was unloaded. They do allow overnight parking but it’s limited. Thanks!
