Very slow customer service...you have to wait always on the line for hours . I’m disappointed with the product quality at the Restaurant Depot in Lewisville. This is the third time I’ve had an issue. I continued shopping here because I hoped the earlier experiences were exceptions, but it’s frustrating to run into the same problem again. Great
Very bad experience. The supervisor was extremely slow, and the staff showed no respect or professionalism at all. I definitely do not recommend this place. It was a complete waste of time and money. The way they handled the payment and the loading process was very frustrating. They would unload the entire cart and then start loading it back again, making it look like they were busy instead of actually helping customers efficiently. Very disappointing experience. I would not come back.
