I am an instacart shopper. I had an order at this location today. This was my first time shopping at any Restaurant Depot. I have to say I was met with the BEST customer service ever. My customer wanted 3 goats. The item was listed incorrectly in the instacart app. The first worker I encountered greeted ME. I didn’t have to ask for help. We are buying very frequently from this Restaurant Depot since it opened in Royersford, and never been disappointed except the recent eggs price surge 🫠 The facility is clean, well organized, all items stocked up properly and priced correctly. You cannot complain if you purchase everything as a final sale, and not thinking to bring an item back for return and refund.
