Terrible customer service . Went in for replacement ID card since relocating . Immediately was denied . Update online application to specifically state what’s needed instead of having people come to the business to be told something else is needed just because you don’t feel like doing your job .
As an Instacart driver this place is always a nightmare to shop at, but today sent me over the edge. I showed up to do an order that had really good payout and they refused to let me in because I had my son with me. Its already an undesirable place to work at, but this policy just reinforced the fact that this company sucks. The shelf organization isn't clear, the checkout system is frequently busted, and now they have policies that hamper hard working single fathers? Screw this place!
