Staff very rude. Simple return process of the item that I just purchased and even did not leave the store, took over 40 minutes. Returned because I was overcharged. No apology, nothing. Was sent from person to person, from one desk to another. Manager wasn't helping. When complained on one of the employees (who yelled at me then badmouthing about me and my accent with her co-workers, quite loudly!), the manager did not seem to be surprised.
