The place is known for large quantity food supplies but the margins keep getting smaller. The store needs to reinvent itself in these times. The discounted items aren't easily located and there isn't any reward to shop out here. I heard they were bought by Sysco. Maybe all of the above are coming up soon
I had a very disappointing experience at the unloading area of Restaurant Depot in Woodinville. The employee handling the unloading was extremely rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic customer service skills. Instead of communicating respectfully, he spoke in a disrespectful and dismissive manner, making what should have been a simple process unnecessarily. I hope management addresses this issue so others don’t have the same experience.
I had a delivery appointment at 12:00 PM and arrived early at 11:50 AM. As I’m writing this, it’s 1:23 PM, and I’m still waiting to be unloaded—even though I’m the only truck here since the time I got here. What made the experience even worse was the treatment I received from the receiving staff. When I went inside to check in, the employee rudely shushed me and motioned me out like I wasn’t welcome.
