For truck deliveries, I see people talking about backing in from the street, tight dock etc. None of that is true. You enter from Babcock Rd. (zoom in on google maps satellite view and you will see exactly where). They were cordial and fast unloading.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced not only did I wait on hold for over 20 minutes when the associate finally answered the phone they hung up on my face I called from the same number several times and the associate did not answer until I called from my personal cell phoneThe associate was named Stephanie who claimed to be a manager picked up the phone and when I questioned her about why she hung up in my face was absolutely rude and I really don’t understand as a company how you could have somebody representing you... read more
