I visited the San Antonio location for the first time, no carts to shop, they were all parked on the side of the parking lot waiting to be repaired, the employees inside are not welcoming nor willing to help, the cleanest of the store looked very poor, it was 11 am on a Friday and it looked very disorganized and dirty. Very disappointing Restaurant Depot!
I'm big on customer service. The price points are tolerable because of the convenience factor of having everything a business needs all in one place. The lady at the exit that checks off receipts needs people skills training, customer service training, even just speaking to people in general training. Instead of communicating new policy changes with a smile and candor, you chose yelling, pointing, and snapping. Where is the logic in having someone like that enforcing change? I do like this store, but do better.
I see a lot of complaining and all you can say is “I’m sorry “ fix the problem. I’m not going there to buy anything
