Though there is sufficient staff at Richardson location, we experienced that they are more interested in charting (not work related) amongst themselves rather than helping the customers. We had ro wait for 10 minutes and remind a few times, before the person agreed to help the customers queued up.
Alright customer. Showed up at 10am for 1300 “appt”. Turns out, they’re first come first served. Waited for a door until 1500, making me late for my 2nd stop at 1500 on the other side of the city. Charged me 225 for lumper for 7 pallets and a BS $10 ‘convenience fee’, totaling up to $235. Had to reschedule my 2nd stop appointment. They honestly don’t go by appts here. Just show up here as early as you can and check in and they’ll work you in the order you arrived amongst the other drivers. Good luck.
