I’ve been a customer at Restaurant Depot for nearly two decades. In all that time, I never had to interact much with their staff, but whenever I did, I noticed a real lack of politeness and basic manners. Honestly, if there were a comparable alternative around, I’m pretty sure they’d lose a lot of loyal business in a heartbeat.
