It looks like this a big company that just opened a store here in Denver. I used to go there twice a week, but I was so tired with their poor customer service, employees in refrigeration area have no experience at all, they act weird, they never worked with people, they have no experience on how to run the place or talk to business owners. I have better treatment at Dollar store than at restaurant depot. They have a lot to learn before they get my business back maybe.
I used to shop there one a week, but I was sick and tired to see these employees (untrained employees, with no customer relation experience, and weird behaviour, including the managers). These people don't understand anything about customer except get their money and get out. I am a small busniss owner, frankly, I never thought a company like this one to do a poor job (discusting with their customers, this is not good).
were were charged double on chicken breast, we were in a hurry for work. My wife started checking the receipt and relized were have been over charged, she quickly called them to informed them that were can,t returning but we will be there the next day. We went there the next day and to my surprise this manager overthere was acusing us for stealing something extra becuse they always count the total. I showed up to their Grand Opening having applied online for my membership. I am on the board of directors at my church and run a training center for ministers called Mile High Bible Institute. I was immediately met by security and the owner of the company with all kinds of questions as to who I was, what type of business I ran, where was my paperwork, etc. Since I didn't have all my paperwork I was asked to leave.
