What a wonderful place! Last weekend was my first visit, but it certainly won't be my last. The salt cave and sauna were so relaxing, and the ladies running the business were so knowledgeable and kind. This is a great place to go whether alone, on a date, or with a group.
I’m training for a Marathon, so I’ve had my eye on trying out the compression boots at Rest & Renewal. I was so sore the day after a long run, so I thought it was a great time try them out & they worked wonders! I couldn’t tell immediately, but a few hours later I noticed all the soreness in my legs was gone. I also realized the next day when I ran that my right knee that always slightly aches when I run was completely pain-free the whole run! I can’t wait to use them again & try out some other services too!
Go to the salt room! Probably one of the most relaxing experiences of my life! As a spa owner that says so much! This is my go to place for a getaway from here on out when I need some R & R!
