I am a pain management doc and I highly recommend Rest Recovery! I send all my patients here for their recovery after their Softwave therapy! Best bang for the buck. You will not find anything like this in the valley! PEMF, cold, plunge, sauna, red panel therapy, HBOT, compression therapy, and float tank in one place!

About a year ago I attended this location, and while I enjoyed my first visit, the experience after attending recently was leagues above what it was. Prices, plans, personnel, layout, and equipment have all been updated under the new leadership... without a doubt, for the better. I was tended to with care, patience, knowledge, and throughness. I feel so good after departing there is no question I will make this place a staple in my health regiment. Kudos.
I don’t do a ton of reviews but I’m sitting in one of their saunas right now just got done doing compression, and a cold plunge. This business is under new ownership o think they said just this past 1/3/2025 and the couple who took over are such great people so attentive caring and just genuinely kind. Was diagnosed with cancer and they have a ton of the treatments I did at the cancer center. I went the alternative route and am treating my cancer more naturally and they have everything I need here! The owners are incredible nice are always there making sure things are running well! I highly recommend you come here they have all the things you need at the most affordable price in the valley! They are under new management and they are so great!
