Love the drop in service. The circuit of compression, infrared sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy and salt room. I felt amazing!! Highly recommend
Let me start this off saying that I came in for my first visit with no prior experience to ANYTHING that is offered, only discussions through podcasts and research on what these services are and how they can change your life. I am a pain management doc and I highly recommend Rest Recovery! I send all my patients here for their recovery after their Softwave therapy! Best bang for the buck. You will not find anything like this in the valley! PEMF, cold, plunge, sauna, red panel therapy, HBOT, compression therapy, and float tank in one place!
Amazing recovery services. Tried them for the first time this morning and feel amazing! Highly recommend this wonderful location!
