Amazing experience. Tried the float for the first time and it did not disappoint. Came out feeling relaxed and had a massage with Monique straight after. Wonderful way to top off float. Monique was professional and friendly and I left feeling fantastic. Thanks for the great experience

Amazing experience in the float and red light sauna The highlight was the compression boots it almost put me in a relaxation trance just what I need after my leg exercises at the gym the day before. Was not expecting the compression boots to feel and work so great. Will definitely be back! Loved it.
