I saw Cara for low-confidence and anxiety related therapy last year. She gave me some very useful tools to deal with strong emotions and her sessions always left me feeling light as a feather and full of hope. She really pulled me out of a dark place in life. I still think of what she taught me every day. A woman who champions other women and lifts them up always has my respect and Cara is definitely one such amazing woman. Highly recommend her!
