I had such a restorative rest which was deeply needed. The staff were so authentic and amazing. I felt so safe, held and deeply comfortable at all times with them. My take home was to give myself permission to rest, which is not always easy for me as I am a doer and get busy in life! Being away and on a retreat made this easier. However I still had to give myself permission to rest, even on the retreat. I met some beautiful people on the retreat too. I highly recommend this retreat. I hope to be back soon. Warmly, Danielle.

My time at Rest & Restore Retreat felt like a deep, slow breath out. The mental load I’d been carrying just melted away. The food was delicious, every meal felt like a treat. What help to make the experience special was the rest & restore team. They were fun, thoughtful, kind & calm. They genuinely cared & showed it with every interaction. My sister had won a 2 night stay with Rest and Restore Retreat Yarra Junction, Victoria. We arrived on Saturday pretty stressed out both of us as we have health issues. Most amazing experience of my life. I was a little sceptical at first as I didn't think that meditating and forest bathing would help me. How wrong I was! The staff were so beautiful and amazingly helpful, the practitioners were very knowledgeable in their fields. The food was just so tasteful, warming and filling.
