Disgusting customer service. Will kick you out earlier than their posted hours and then argue openly in the facility that they will refuse to refund the money for cutting services short. This place was great value and helpful staff. But when you come here to relax and the experience is anything but relaxing, it's time to move on.
The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate about helping people with what they are looking for. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and was looked after every step of the way. The facility is clean and contains equipment that helps with my chronic pain. I am so thankful to have experienced what there is to offer. Thank you so much Brielle, Lacey, Matt, and Rob.
I am so incredibly happy I found Rest Active. It is incredible that these amazing treatment options are offered to all in the Pittsburgh area. Wow!!! Soooo clean, friendly and knowledgeable. Such a treat to go there. Take a friend or go by myself, it's my idea of a "spa day." I'm living proof of the health benefits these treatments provide. Live a better, healthier, happier you. This is a special space with wonderful options, a terrific staff and a gracious clean facility. I wasn't sure what to expect and had a great experience. The front desk is informative and welcoming. The treatment areas lovely, private and spacious. I felt safe and peaceful. I used the migun massage bed therapy and highly recommend it.
