I put in for a $350 refund due to that I did not use i’ve been calling since April still have got no response. I believe they refuse to give me my money back. I never use their services. They keep telling me to go to corporate. I go to corporates ,they hangs up on me. I would not recommend it to anybody they are scammers they take your money and don’t want to refund it. My friend and I were so looking forward to this, but we were not impressed. The pictures on the website make it look like you will be the only service in a room, but that is not the case. My friend did the dry float while I did the halotherpay then we were supposed to switch. The halotherapy was ok, but the dry float was nothing to write home about. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate about helping people with what they are looking for. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and was looked after every step of the way. The facility is clean and contains equipment that helps with my chronic pain. I am so thankful to have experienced what there is to offer. Thank you so much Brielle, Lacey, Matt, and Rob.
Disgusting customer service. Will kick you out earlier than their posted hours and then argue openly in the facility that they will refuse to refund the money for cutting services short. This place was great value and helpful staff. But when you come here to relax and the experience is anything but relaxing, it's time to move on.
This is a special space with wonderful options, a terrific staff and a gracious clean facility. I wasn't sure what to expect and had a great experience. The front desk is informative and welcoming. The treatment areas lovely, private and spacious. I felt safe and peaceful. I used the migun massage bed therapy and highly recommend it.
