This is the 2nd time I’ve utilized the services of the Responders. The 1st time was planned in advance, but this time it was a last minute request to pick up a new refrigerator/freezer from Lowe’s and deliver it the same day to one of my client’s properties. I was in a pinch so I called to see if they’d be able to help out. They didn’t hesitate! Professional, quick and shows a ton of concern to not damage your belongings! Will absolutely remove trash and unwanted belongings if you ask. The ol' noggin doesn't work as well as it once did, I can't remember the names of my crew, but they were fantastic and absolute champions! Ref #432386 for the managers at Responders so they know who to give a raise to!

We had a great experience with this company. From the beginning, Ely was very helpful getting everything arranged. Luke and Ashton were fantastic!! They were extremely professional, efficient and just wonderful to work with. Moving all of our belongings from a large 4th floor storage unit to our new home was a work out, but they handled it perfectly.

Ely, Nathan, and the incredibly diligent, strong, efficient, and, yes, polite and well-mannered crew that recently moved us from Maine to Maryland virtually invented the "stressless move." We were able to schedule the work within our timeframe even though it was very short notice. Ely was very clear on the process, pricing etc…. The packing team and the moving team the next day showed up right in the agreed timeframe after a -hone call advising me of their arrival. Both teams were top notch young people with a great sense of humor and a great positive attitude, even when the going (as in taking the futon down the narrow winding staircase) got tough.
