Worst possible experience after paying off a loan, just to receive a title. The title was lost and they made no effort to file for a lost title. Instead, they placed the responsibility on the customers to jump through hoops, including flying back to WA to visit DMV. The bank could have resolved it quickly without any headaches, but chose to make it our problem. Stay away from this credit union!
