Closed my accounts without my permission. Not to mention frequently put payments into the wrong account (ie. My dads money into my account or someone else's account) and then would charge overdraft fees. Charged one of my accounts $10 to replace a card they cancelled due to possible fraud when the card was for a different account AND replacement cards only cost $5. Loved this bank when it was the Law Enforcement bank and the staff was consistant. It's been chaotic since it rebranded and staff have been down right rude.
We absolutely LOVE Responders Emergency Services Credit Union (RESCU). They have been there for all my our financial needs. They offer the BEST rates and have the best customer service we've ever experienced in a Credit Union. Also, Joel ROCKs! :)
