Don't waste your time. they are one level above an out and out scam. no way to get "live" help - even via chat. They consistently tell me one thing, no matter how much I reach out, they never follow through. One star is too much - they've wasted a tremendous amount of my time. Respondent is getting worse day by day. Their platform is now flooded with AI run unmoderated studies which take all the data and feedback from participants but never pays. I wrote to their support team about this multiple times but nothing gets resolved. This company is clearly trying to cut corners by automating everything but without properly testing it.
Respondent used to provide a valid research study platform but in the past year has consistently reduced in quality and integrity. RUN in the other direction unless you value your time being wasted. They have zero human contact and so AI led interviews run considerably over time, remain unpaid and not updated accurately with absolutely no way to reach support to have anything resolved/rectified.
