Poor service!! During your tenancy, they response you everytime but when it comes to return the bond, they all start ignoring you. I have been waiting for my bond since last 3 months. I keep on contacting them but they ignore you!!!!
Wish I could give lower than 1 star, no customer service, never respond to calls or emails, list goes on. Stay away from them
Rented a place at Waterloo road in marsfield with them last year. After moving in, had to wait for 1 month for internet to get connected and 3 moths for a new oven. Both of which were promised within a week. Repeated mails and calls were needed for all issues. Please avoid
I have been renting for over 3 years and I can honestly say that the team at Respon was the best rental agents I have EVER encountered. They were responsive, friendly and attentive and worked with me if I had questions about the lease or items that needed fixing in my apartment. I would very much recommend these guys if you are looking to rent a place or if you are looking to have your property managed by someone!
