This was my first time experiencing the sound bath and it was phenomenal. It was calming and relaxing. It was just what I needed to start my week.
I had the pleasure of experiencing my very first reiki session with Tanika, I’m not sure if words could express how amazed I was. Definitely a practice I will add to my healing/wellness journey. If you’re curious or on the fence, give it a try. Tanika made me feel very comfortable and I was able to relax, and get the most out of my session. I have been talking about my experience to anyone who would listen…and already trying to figure out how I can get my girls together so they can experience it too!!
