I cannot say good enough things about my experience here! Not only was it an incredible experience but I felt cared for the second i walked in the door! Cannot recommend enough!
the sound bath session was AMAZING. I am in such disbelief at how much we feel better physically AND mentally. My sleep has been amazing and my body is actually feeling rested when I wake up. Tanika is a healer! A life saver! We’ve already told our other family members, and they want to come next time too. This definitely has to be a monthly thing we do for our health and wellness. This was my first time experiencing the sound bath and it was phenomenal. It was calming and relaxing. It was just what I needed to start my week.
I had the pleasure of experiencing my very first reiki session with Tanika, I’m not sure if words could express how amazed I was. Definitely a practice I will add to my healing/wellness journey. If you’re curious or on the fence, give it a try. Tanika made me feel very comfortable and I was able to relax, and get the most out of my session. I have been talking about my experience to anyone who would listen…and already trying to figure out how I can get my girls together so they can experience it too!!
